1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the father-in-law has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is not an accused in the present case. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2023.

4. On query of the Court that as to whether charges have been framed against the petitioner or not, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that charges till date have not been framed against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023.

7. However, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted only after framing of charge against the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
