Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bijaipur @ Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 giving rise to G.R. No. 1273 of 2018 for offence under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018 and as such he has been completed more than two months. He further submitted that in the instant case the charge-sheet was already been submitted.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33896 of 2018(2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Bijaipur @ Vijaipur P. S. Case No. 61 of 2018.
