The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons forcibly abducted the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 16.8.2018. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. No physical or sexual abuse is alleged by the victim. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 29.4.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29199 of 2019(3) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 319 of 2018.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018.
