JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(A)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he submits that petitioner has been apprehended in connection with the seizure of 117 liters of country made liquor on 08.04.2018 and he was taken to judicial custody on 10.04.2018, the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
