The father of the petitioner late Uma Shankar Sharma retired from the post of stenographer DRDA, Aurangabad w.e.f. 31.01.2017 and died on 30.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the balance retiral dues i.e. Earned Leave and revised pay scale with interest of the late employee has not yet been given. In this regard, the petitioner has filed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4769 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 respondent no. 4, The Deputy Development Commissioner, Aurangabad-cum-The Chief Executive Officer, DRDA, Aurangabad dated 14.11.2017 as contained in Annexure-4 of the writ application.

Considering the nature of claim, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4, The Deputy Development Commissioner, Aurangabad-cum-The Chief Executive Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Aurangabad, Bihar which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any admissible amount would be paid within two months thereafter. If amounts/certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.
