JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 433 of 2019 (G.O. Case No. 1027 of 2019), dated 09.10.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears that on secret information that huge consignment of liquor is being unloaded, a raid was conducted and 2461.32 litres of liquor was recovered from a truck and approximately 200 litres of liquor was recovered from a four-wheeler parked near the truck.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14802 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the eptitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and his name has transpired only on the confession of a co-accused person.

The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforestated, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 433 of 2019 (G.O.
