The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 451 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 341, 353, 354, 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 08.12.2022 by the informant, Mamta.

The prosecution story, in brief, as per informant is that on 08.12.2022 in the light of order of collector, Gaya a camp was being organized in Panchayat Building Aiwan for the purpose of work to be disposed of revenue. In the meantime one person in drunken condition came there and started abusing then some of the applicants who were present there drove him from there. The allegation against the petitioner is of abusing the Government Servant in an inebriated condition and as such, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected.
