The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of inflicting knife blow on the neck and chest of the informant and taking out Rs. 50,000/- from his pocket.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be superficial and simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence and Title Suit is pending against both the parties. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26802 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
