Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Banka (Panjwara) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/120 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the sole ground that the F.I.R. was registered in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26684 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 May, 2012 and the petitioners have approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail now in 2021, this application deserves to be rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their applications for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
