2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.288 of 2015, registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 427, 428, 447, 448, 385, 387, 467, 468 & 504 of the IPC.
3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court and apply for regular bail, however, the learned Trial Court be directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail and pass appropriate orders on the same day of filing of the bail application by taking into consideration the orders passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court in the case of co-accused persons, whereby they have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16618 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail/bail.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.288 of 2015, within a period of four weeks from today and apply for regular bail. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today and files a petition for grant of bail, the learned Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law on the very same day of filing of the same, upon taking into account the orders passed by the Hon'ble Patna High Court in the matter of co-accused persons.
5. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
