Petitioner being wife of the elder brother of the husband of the informant is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is inflicting torture to the informant after seventeen years of marriage. The accusation against petitioner is that she also assaulted the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no injury report on the record and omnibus and general accusation have been levelled against the entire in-laws family of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24954 of 2015 (2) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
