ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner being the brother-in-law and sister-inlaw of the deceased lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and that they had not been chargesheeted earlier, but subsequently, they have been brought into the net. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased lady is already in custody and the father-in-law and the mother-in-law have already been granted regular bail.

No.20531 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case. let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzuffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
