JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner along with Rahul Kumar was apprehended. On search, from the possession of Rahul Kumar 43gm of Heroin (Brown Sugar) was seized.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, for the present, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 108/2017.

Learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
