The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no.1 Vijay Bind who happens to be father-in-law and petitioner no.2 Sudamiya Devi mother-in-law of the deceased are said to have committed dowry death of the deceased in association of their family members. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased. They are living separately from the deceased and her husband and

The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Both the informant and his wife appearing before the court during the course of trial of the husband of the deceased have unanimously stated that the deceased has died due to ailment and the petitioner and her in-laws used to keep her cordially and the deceased had never made any complaint against them and consequently her husband has been acquitted on trial.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hilsa in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018, G.R. No. 1498 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) mantreshwar/- U T
