Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Mokama P.S. Case No.57 of 2017/G.R. No.695 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the accused persons were apprehended while they were taking away the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Bijendra Kumar, another accused, is the co-villager of the informant and both were acquainted, the petitioner has no concern with the said motorcycle and he was not apprehended along with the motorcycle.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and

No.34359 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Sanjeev Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Railway Patna in connection with G.R.P.
