JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S.Case No. 129 of 2017 registered under Sections 188 and 414 of the Indian penal Code and Section 52 of the Prisoners Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner, a convict, while being transferred from Mandal Kara, Hajipur to Beur Jail, Patna, two mobiles were recovered from his possession. Submission is that petitioner was being transported by the jail authorities from one jail to another and he has already been in custody in this case for last seven months. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Kumar Sharma @ Lala is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34510 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017.
