The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pear P.S. Case No. 61/2010, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the petitioners have already compromised the case.
From perusal of the record it appears that the petitioners have already been declared absconder.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
