The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 338, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that at about 4 P.M., on 02.01.2019, when the informant reached in his field then saw that liquor was concealed in the bush. Thereafter, he put fire in the bush then petitioner came there and started to abuse and assaulted through lathi and brick causing injury at his head. When Ram Pravesh Ram came to save him then he was also assaulted by petitioner through pelting stone and brick. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.16054 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 fact, due to dirty village politics, hot talk was exchanged and scuffle took place in between the petitioner and the informant but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, injuries, as found on the person of the informant, are simple in nature and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
