The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 451/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that petitioner is father of the two children, one of them is a four months old baby and also the fact that parties have entered into a compromise, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
