2. The present contempt petition is directed against an order passed by the learned Single Bench of this Court on 30th of March, 2011 in C.W.J.C. No. 5732 of 2011 whereby, Respondent No. 7 was directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of three months by a speaking order.

3. In terms of such direction, an order has been passed on 27th of December, 2011 granting benefits to the petitioner. The benefits have been granted subject to decision of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 19965 of 2011. Said Special Leave Petition

Patna High Court MJC No.442 of 2012 dt.13-02-2017 2/2 (Civil) No. 19965 of 2011 has since been decided on 8th of October, 2014.

4. In view of the decision of the Special Leave Petition, the respondents shall grant any consequential benefits, if any admissible to the writ-applicant, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
