The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bakhari P.S. Case No.251/2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 337, 338, 504, 506 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant S.H.O. of Parihara O.P. alleged that when the informant and others went for investigation of an information about the selling of liquor, the villagers confined the informant and also tried to assault.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are of course named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation has been made against them. Similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34156 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 dated 11.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18156 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and also that similarly situated other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.251 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
