Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Sections 323, 337, 341, 379, 427, 436, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and that whatever materials have been collected in course of investigation would go to show that there is direct implication of the petitioner in putting the house of the informant on fire, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, but nothing said in this order however shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and making prayer for regular bail.
