2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316 ( 2 ), 316 (5) , 318 ( 4 ), 338 , 336 (3) , 340 ( 2 ), 61 ( 2 ) of BNS 2023 . 3 . It is alleged that petitioner got appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged and fake documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . He further submits that after thorough verification of all certificates by the concerned department, petitioner was appointed on the post of Panchayat teacher. Later on , without

No.16633 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner, all the documents furnished by the petitioner have been declared forged and fabricated. It is further orally submitted that petitioner has resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher on 06.03.2024 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that service of the petitioner has already resigned from the aforesaid post and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Sitamarhi district Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. case No. 437 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
