The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 470 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are found simple in nature. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 26894 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 470 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
