Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled to be designated as 'Revenue Clerk' in terms of order of this Court, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1973 of 2022. He submits that a representation has been filed for this relief, which is dated 18-01-2022 (Annexure- 11). If the same is disposed of taking into consideration the Court's order passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4573 of 2023(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 1973 of 2022 and C.W.J.C. No. 330 of 2022, petitioner's grievance would be redressed.

Based on such submission, this Court finds that the representation of the petitioner is of 18-01-2022. The orders of this Court being relied upon are subsequent thereto of 19-052022. Petitioner may file a supplementary to his representation, annexing copies of judgments passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1973 of 2022 and C.W.J.C. No. 330 of 2022 to facilitate effective consideration in terms of his claim. If the same is filed before the District Collector, Sheikhpura, (respondent No. 6), along with copy of this order within four weeks, his claim is required to be considered within three months, thereafter, in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
