JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application with regard to petitioner No.1, since he has been arrested.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly the application with regard to petitioner No. 1 is permitted to be withdrawn. Petitioner No. 2 is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly as per the First Information Report the victim died in Delhi where she resided with her husband.
