The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Excise Case No. 120 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 21 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is lady having clean antecedent. She is in custody since 7.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20629 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 5th cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 120 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
