2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No.391 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 304 and 201/34 of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that the mother of the informant was admitted in a private nursing home where in course of treatment she died. The petitioners are alleged to be staffs of nursing home having no role at all either in the operation or management of the hospital. The allegation appears vague against

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No.391 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
