JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 This case has been listed under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in the order dated 26.8.2015 at page no.3 the date of surrender has been wrongly mentioned as '21.9.2016' instead of '21.9.2015'.

In view of typographical error crept at page no.3 of the order dated 26.8.2015, let the date of surrender be read as '21.9.2015' instead of '21.9.2016'.

The time, however, for surrender is extended for a further period of four weeks.

The order of this Court dated 26.8.2015 shall stand modified to the aforementioned extent only.
