This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Excise Case No. 60/2018 registered for the offences alleged under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 23 litres of Mahua wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18/04/2018. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present.
