2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , 3 miscreants, on the point of pistol looted cash from shop of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and his name transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of other co-accused persons. No incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he is in no way connected with the aforesaid occurrence . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed and submitted that this petitioner along with other co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20235 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 persons, on the point of pistol, looted cash from informant and got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedent and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
