Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail, in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018 registered under Sections 290, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 20, 22, 24, 27 and 27(A) of the NDPS Act.
Allegation in brief is that some boys were apprehended by the police from a house and they were found in possession of Brown Sugar and from possession of the petitioner, 25 gms. of Brown Sugar and also some burnt remaining part of the cigarettes.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the FIR, the boys were consuming and not indulged in any illicit

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Neeraj Kumar @ Neeraj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Patna in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No.174 of 2018 with condition that the bail bond of the petitioner shall liable to be cancelled if he is found involved in similar offence in future.
