The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-447, 341, 379, 386, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his brother demanded Rs 10,000,00/- as extortion money from the informant and he also made firing upon the informant but admittedly, none has sustained any fire-arm injury and adjacent to the land of the informant, the petitioner as wall as his brother purchased some lands and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Rishi Yadav has already been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31956 of 2014 (2) dt.03-02-2015 /2 granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned court below itself.
Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
