JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2023 Heard Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs. Binita Singh, learned SC 28 appearing for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar to claim his reliefs as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. The Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in the light of several orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.6594 of 2019(6) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 passed by this Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court after recording his own satisfaction on the basis of available records relating to the admissible dues payable to the petitioner on account of his retirement ensure that payments are made to the petitioner within a period of three weeks.

4. In the above terms, the present writ petition is disposed of.
