JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2023 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.194 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 323, 379, 376 and 406 of the IPC in which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Section 342, 354 and 504 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to enable him to surrender before the learned Court below, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate application for grant of regular bail. Liberty so sought is granted.
