ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 The modification application has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 11.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41161 of 2014.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 11.03.2015 and he was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of three week from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender in the Court below within the time fixed, due to illness.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the time fixed by order dated 11.03.2015 be extended by further period of three weeks from today.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20387 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 Accordingly, the order dated 11.03.2015 is modified to the above extent.
