The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Natwar P.S. Case No.23 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 332, 253 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. This application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to move before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram/ court concerned who will pass the order in view of the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2014(3) PLJR 314 (SC).
