JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 This matter has come up under the heading "to be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that inadvertently in the cause title of the bail petition name of the district has wrongly been mentioned as "Jamui" in place of "Lakhisarai, and as such, the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 03.03.2020 granting bail to the petitioners. He seeks permission to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail petition.

As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail petition in course of the day.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15191 of 2020(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Let the name of the district in the cause title of the order dated 03.03.2020 be read as "Lakhisarai" instead of "Jamui".

Accordingly, the order dated 03.03.2020 is modified to the above extent.
