Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that for the same set of land a Title Suit No. 150 of 2009 is pending before the competent court of law and in view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.8297 of 2021(4) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 petition may be disposed of with liberty to pursue the grievance in Title Suit No. 150 of 2009.
