The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Guraru P.S. Case No. 113/2015 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that while his brother Raju Yadav was returning after taking money from Vijay Sao, Dhobi @ Sri Kant Yadav and Birendra Yadav snatched money from Raj Yadav. On 31.12.2015 when the informant and his brother enquired, the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Raju Yadav with lathi and Khanti. It is submitted that the petitioner Yogendra Yadav is named at the fag end of the F.I.R. He is said to have come without any arm. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It appears that the informant and his brothers have sustained injuries on their heads but the petitioner is

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rohit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in Guraru P.S.
