1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49833 of 2024 whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reason the petitioner could not surrender within
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17012 of 2025(2) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 time granted by the court in order to furnish bail bond however the petitioner has paid Rs. 10,000/- for a period of two months as per the order of this court and accordingly prays that the time granted by this court for surrender may be extended by two weeks and on the date of surrender the petitioner shall pay the arrears of the amount and shall continue to pay every month as per the order of this court.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49833 of 2024 be extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
