JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.60 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was one of the three unknown persons who had overtook the motorcycle of the informant and allegedly on the point of pistol by one of them took away the key of the motorcycle and snatched Rs.74,000/- from his pocket.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has

He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2017 and co-accused Dablu Kumar Soni has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.31669 of 2017. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Binod Mahaldar be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.60 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
