This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and other Sections.

The petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner No. 2 is the brother-in-law of the informant. Petitioner No. 3 is said to be the second wife of the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the husband of the informant has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3186 of 2014. Considering the submission as aforesaid and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above
