JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Cse No. 42/2014 instituted under Sections 498(A), 323, 341 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of D.P.Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation against the petitioner is demand of additional dowry and torture to the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as his wife but she is not ready to stay with the petitioner. Further it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every

On behalf of the State and the Informant it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the informant by the court below, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of eight weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 42 of 2014 , subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
