This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 08.07.2020 passed in CWJC No.3314 of 2020.

After perusing modification petition of the petitioner, the prayers of the petitioner made in para 3 and 4 are allowed which are reproduced hereinbelow:- "3. That the petitioner has filed aforesaid writ petition before this Hon'ble Court but some typographical mistakes left in this petition, which are as follows:- In 1st page in address of petitioner in stead of Laukaha, wrongly mentioned Laukahi, in 2nd page in address of respondent no.5 instead of Laukaha, wrongly mentioned as Laukahi. In prosecution story at page no,3 instead of Hero

Patna High Court MJC No.973 of 2021(2) dt.08-07-2021 2/2 Passion wrongly mentioned as Yamaha as well as instead of Laukaha wrongly mentioned as Laukahi. In page no.6 para instead of Hero Passon Pro Motorcycle wrongly mentioned as Yamaha. It is requested that accordingly correction be made in the main writ petition.

4. That due to mistake in petition of CWJC No.3314 of 2020 in the order-sheet passed by Hon'ble Court on 05-07-2020 some typographical mistakes are also occurred:- In page 1st instead of petitioner address as well as respondent no.5 Laukaha wrongly mentioned as Laukahi as well as in order instead of Hero Passion Pro in favour of petitioner bearing Registration No.BR-01CS-0298 which has been seized by S.H.O. Laukaha, wrongly mentioned as Yamaha in favour of the petitioner bearing registration No. BR-01C00298 which has been seized by the S.H.O. Laukaha, as well as on page 10 instead of Hero Passion Pro Registration No.BR-01CS-0298, it is wrongly mentioned as Tata Indigo white vehicle bearing Registration No.BR01CS1796. It is requested that according correction be made in order sheet of C.W.J.C. No.3314 of 2020 dt 09-072020." This application is allowed.
