Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the FIR named accused persons are suspected to have committed the murder of the brother of the informant. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36399 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 80 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
