Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 342, 307, 385 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act, this Court would find that when a large number of persons had sustained indiscriminate injuries on account of assault by the petitioners and eleven others, this Court would not be inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners who have also got criminal antecedent. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering before the Court below and seeking regular bail.
