JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 30-09-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 387 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. It is alleged against the petitioner to have caused firearm injury on the chest of the informant when others assaulted with the butt of the country made pistol. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was disposed of with liberty to the learned court below to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks, thereafter the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25329 of 2015 (02) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 period of surrender was extended vide Cr. Misc. No. 2964 of 2013.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. However, the period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
