2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.111 of 2021 arising out of Tariyani P.S. Case No.99 of 2021 registered on 01.05.2021 lodged under Sections 498A, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier bail application was rejected on 17.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13047 of 2022.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are in total 5 accused persons in this case and trial has been completed after framing of charge.
5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that no purpose shall be resolved by keeping the accused petitioner in custody.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17765 of 2023(4) dt.15-09-2023 2/3 He further submits that the other co-accused has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-5. He also submits that chargesheet has already been framed in this Case.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Sessions Judge, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.99 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:
(i) one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bonds by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station every month for one year to mark attendance;

No.17765 of 2023(4) dt.15-09-2023 3/3 (iv) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidence, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds; and (v) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds.
8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
