1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for issuance of arms license, however, realizing the fact that the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has already stood rejected by an order dated 14.12.2023, as contained in memo dated 29.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the same by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
